Yesterday I went skiing for the first time in my whole life I was scared even to put on my own shoes. Well not my shoes Ski Liberty’s shoes but wore them. We had lessons with a guy named joe and he took us down the bunny hill and it was really fun.

Yesterday my team played in a tournament; we played four games and we won all of them. Then, we played in the championship game and won 16-2. Then we got medals and a pic with the team
After my team won the championship game, me and winnie took a picture together with our medals and the team trophy
Two days ago, I ran my first 5k. I finished in 30 minutes! My sister got an award because she finished second in her age group. I was the second eight year old! It was really cool to run with my mom and with my friends, Cecelia Pell and Josie Hahn. I really wish I got a award like my dad and my sister. Also, it would be really cool if I saw you run the turkey trot. And that’s my first time running a 5k.
Yesterday, in field hockey, the Wicked Sticks of Catonsville (my awesome field hockey team) took on the Mighty McDonogh Eagles.
The team I played was a really good team. We lost, 1-2. I don’t get why their team did a cheer right in front of us after they won. I mean, really?!
I played good. I almost got a goal. We did good teamwork. Mommy did a good job at coaching us, telling us to spread out and what to do. Dad did okay too, but he yelled at the ref. The ref was an old man that was very confused.
After the game, the other team took our team’s snacks. After the game, we went to Jason’s Deli. We went with my grandparents. We got to have ice cream. It was so yummy. I fell asleep in the car on the way home, because it was 11PM!
Today, we were at Cascade Lake. Adventure number 4. I went on a huge slide called Miracle Slide. It was really fun. It’s not as scary as it looks.
I went to the diving boards and I went off the platform. I passed my swimming test. It was kind of hard. But I made it.
The bracelet was the color pink. I lost my goggles on the way. Good thing my dad was there with me, because he got them when I finished. I barely made it.
Noah went down the little slide. When he got home, he threw up lots of times. Poor Noah.
Catoctin Mountain has orchards and waterfalls with big pools, and they have one huge waterfall that is about 78 feet up from the ground.
We hiked on a trail to see the waterfall. When we got there, I got to climb rocks and get on this one big rock over the waterfall. I got to see down and see the big pool. It was really beautiful.
After we went on the hike, we swam at the lake, and we got all sandy. At the lake, I got to see many cool rocks. And I got to swim with my brothers and dad. And the sand was really soft.
Then I went to get my badge at the visitors center. I got to see lots of cool stuffed animals at the visitor center. On the way home, we went to an orchard and got a yellow melon, peach butter, and some plums. The peach butter was really good.
